We provide cutting-edge Oil spill Emergency Response, Control and Clean-up. We also specialise in the Recovery of crude and Supply of OSR Materials, Dispersants, Skimmers, Absorbents, Containment Booms, Spill Kits; Pumps and Pumping Services; Tanks and storage Systems etc. as well as the Provision of personnel.
We have extensive experience in the remediation of soil and groundwater. We adopt innovative and site-specific remedial methods. We are proud to state that we are the first to carry out a full-scale biosparging of groundwater for our client –SPDC.
In order to plan and implement key technical ways to manage spills, it is ICREN’s intention to be able to manufacture the primary emergency response equipment and materials in the country. This is actually intended to close the gap of importation or sourcing materials externally. Our production now covers a full range of booms to suit all applications and conditions; varying from Fence, River, inflatable booms, absorbent booms and pads.
Our waste management facility located in Port Harcourt is an international model and a pioneering waste treatment plant in this region. It is a model that treats all classes of waste ranging from solid, and liquid to all hazardous waste without any adverse effect on the environment but rather the waste residual can be integrated into the earth’s soil system without any adverse effect. It is globally accepted.
We conduct and train personnel on Oil Spill Management and emergency Response on Clean-up Remediation of Impacted Sites (IMO Levels 1, & 2). This pollution control response technical training package covers requirements regulated by the IMO OPRC90 Convention accredited by the Nautical Institute on behalf of MCA, and all courses are been facilitated by accredited trainers from within and outside Nigeria.
Initially established as ICREN General Services in April 1995 to supply office tools, and civil contracting to the Oil and gas industry on a small scale. The founder, however, had a much bigger vision.
